Great video on what motivates people, and research proof that it's not bonuses, so what is it then?

Building on yesterday’s Wall Street Journal’s article (link below), here is another piece of thinking that is worth spending some time on. What if money wasn’t the biggest employee motivator, what if management by bonusses was in fact counter productive, stimulating...less results. See this piece of research from the very serious MIT and towards the 5th minute, see what they found was in fact the best stimulant, what makes modern management worth the time. And what gets people really excited.
